4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms:

• The Service is offered at $99 for a one-time directory submission
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before service delivery begins
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing customers

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Our refund policy:

• 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service for ANY reason, request a full refund within 30 days
• Before Work Starts: Full refund if requested before submissions begin
• After Delivery: Refunds available if we fail to deliver as promised

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Submit spam, scams, or fraudulent products
• Violate any third-party directories' terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our directory list
• Resell our service without permission
• Submit products you don't own or have permission to promote
• Use the Service in any way that could harm our reputation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SaaSGrowth and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your submitted content (product information, descriptions, logos). By using the Service, you grant us license to submit this content to directories on your behalf.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about:

• Specific SEO ranking improvements
• Traffic increases or business results
• Acceptance by all 82 directories (we target 96% acceptance)
• Timing of Google indexing backlinks
• Third-party directory policies or changes

We guarantee manual submission to all 82 directories and delivery of a detailed report within 10 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

SaaSGrowth and its founders shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or delays
• Third-party directory actions or policies

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service ($99).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward our team
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

12. Governing Law
